Catherine resides with her young son in a little house with a big yard in North Routt County. She is a rancher at heart and will often be found on the weekends mending fence. In addition to her passion for helping businesses succeed, she enjoys riding her horses with family and friends, snowshoeing, camping, hiking, skiing and other outdoor pursuits. Catherine also volunteers for school, youth and church activities.

Catherine was a strategic business partner for many aspects of corporate operations during her tenure as in-house counsel for a major heavy and industrial construction contractor. Her experience includes domestic and international Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC), Design-Build and General Construction projects for power, mining, oil/gas/chemical, maintenance/general services, renewable energy, cement, commercial electrical, agricultural and water pipeline markets.

Catherine's practice at our law firm has two distinct components – construction law serving contractors, engineers, designers, owners and developers nationwide; and, helping Northwest Colorado businesses grow and thrive.
