Homeowners Associations

Our firm represents numerous owners associations. We have drafted declarations and formed owners associations for large mixed use and resort condominiums, residential and commercial subdivisions, and small townhome projects. Another key component of our work is ongoing representation and counseling of owners. Often this involves collection of assessments and owner violations, but it also involves advice on governance of the association and interpretation of the declaration and other governing documents. It may include amending and rewriting declarations, rules and regulations, and other governing documents when circumstances change.
