Jill started her career in politics in Washington D. C. working for the National Association of Realtors before settling in Steamboat Springs. Her strength and expertise are advocating and negotiating for clients, whether it is zoning and entitlements with local government or working through complex residential or commercial real estate and business deals. Jill represents a wide array of clients, including developers and owners associations, offering legal guidance on a variety of issues related to resort real estate. She also represents clients in foreclosure, short-sale, and other loan default and distressed property situations. In addition, Jill works extensively with small businesses, advising and representing her clients with entity formations, business purchases and sales, partnership terminations and reorganizations, and growth and ongoing operation issues. As part of her practice, Jill also enjoys drafting wills, trusts, medical directives and other estate planning documents, as well as administering trusts and probate estates.

When not working, Jill escapes to the rivers and mountains of Colorado and spends time with her family kayaking, paddle-boarding and rafting in the summer and telemark skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
